I received a damaged item, what do I do?
If you have received a damaged item, please take a clear photo of the damaged part and email it to our customer support on info@bangtaofightstore.com. We will assist you in replacing or refunding the damaged item. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions.
What is your exchange or return policy?
Please note the following when returning an order:
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Bangtao Muay Thai Gift Card code.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning your items.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return.
