Returns Policy

ALL RETURNS ARE FUNDED THROUGH ONLINE STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF A BANGTAO FIGHTSTORE GIFT CARD.

ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT.

Please ensure that your item(s) are returned in complete accordance with our return policy:

  • Items should be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, deodorant, or any signs of wear.
  • Mystery Boxes, Gift cards, and accessories are non-returnable.
  • All returns will be refunded through store credit in the form of a Bangtao Fightstore Gift Card code.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon the delivery of your item(s).
  • Pre-paid return labels are not provided; you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Kindly reach out to info@bangtaofightstore.com for assistance before returning.
  • All returns must include a return request form, which can be downloaded and printed here.
  • Return packages must include a filled-out return request form; incomplete forms may lead to processing issues with your return.
  • When returning items from multiple orders, please ensure to fill out a return form for each order being returned.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center.
  • Bangtao Fightstore cannot be held responsible for any return packages that may get lost or stolen during transit. Kindly retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Additional Notes

When returning by mail, you will be accountable for the shipping costs. Prepaid shipping charges are mandatory, and it may take several days or weeks for your return package to reach us, depending on the shipping method and carrier used. Ensure to retain proof of postage and include a tracking number, as we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen return packages during transit. Bangtao Fightstore will not issue store credit for your returns without proof of receipt and delivery. Once your return is fully processed, store credit in the form of a Bangtao Fightstore Gift Card will be issued for future purchases.

CANCELATION POLICY

Orders can not be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation.

RETURNED TO SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES

Packages may be returned to sender or refused if the address is invalid or missing information, if the carrier is unable to deliver the package, or if the customer refuses the order upon delivery. In such cases, returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked, and you will be issued store credit in the form of a Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances, as all returned shipments are handled by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the Bangtao Fightstore Gift Card to place a new order with the correct address. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of items at the time of your reorder.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

Bangtao Fightstore reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to an irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing," an irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items, or potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, Bangtao Fightstore reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above. Non Bangtao Fightstore items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.

WARDROBING & EXCESSIVE RETURNS

Our Customer Protection Team manages situations where a customer's return history may indicate fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In such cases, the Customer Protection Team will get in touch to discuss the situation and work toward a resolution or determine whether we need to refuse service in the future. While we never intend to reject a loyal customer, we must ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of all Bangtao Fightstore customers worldwide.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items with slashed prices are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for return or store credit. Gift cards are also considered Final Sale and non-returnable.

EXCHANGES 

We regret that we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail due to the uncertainty of item availability by the time returned items are received at our Distribution Center. Instead, we encourage you to return the item(s) according to our Easy Returns policy and repurchase the desired size or style once your store credit is issued. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, kindly take a photo clearly displaying the damage and email it, along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number, to our Customer Care team at info@bangtaofightstore.com. Once we assess the damage, we will reach out to determine the necessary course of action.

Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the delivered items thoroughly. Should you receive a defective or incorrect item, or believe that an item is missing, please email info@bangtaofightstore.com within two (2) days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue, along with your Order Number, to expedite the resolution process.

RETURNS BY MAIL

Please complete a returns request form (included in your original packaging or downloadable here and include it in your return package. Incomplete return request forms may cause delays in processing your return. Please ensure the correct Order Number is included on the return form, along with the correct return item(s). Additionally, multiple order returns must be accompanied by separate return forms for each order.

Securely pack your item(s) in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in their original condition, including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories, with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Store Credit 

Store credit in the form of a Bangtao Fightstore Gift Card will be issued for your returned item(s) upon their receipt and processing at our Distribution Center. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for our Returns Department to process your return after it is delivered. Your Gift Card covers the purchase price of each item and tax, if applicable. Bangtao Fightstore does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

STALE RETURNS

Please note that items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, as outlined in our Returns Policy. Returns received at our Distribution Center after 30 days will be considered "stale" returns.
